Children's music studio · Marketing system

An Instagram engine built for a real small business.

6 hrs → 45 min weekly owner time on social content

The problem

The studio’s founder was spending six-plus hours a week planning, drafting, and composing Instagram content. Voice drifted from post to post, social media was burning her out, and none of it was measured against the actual funnel.

What we built

A plugin ecosystem built around a single Strategy Bible: it plans monthly calendars on a four-cornerstone framework, drafts captions that sound like her, composes branded image posts and Reels from raw class footage, and drops everything into Planable ready to review. She reviews; the system does the rest.

  1. 01

    Capture the Strategy Bible

Voice, tone, audience, offers, and brand rules live in one structured document every part of the system reads from.

  2. 02

    Plan with content cornerstones

Each month balances awareness, leads, sales, and retention. No more accidental thirty promo posts in a row.

  3. 03

    Draft in her voice

Every caption is generated against the Strategy Bible, so the brand sounds like the brand on every post.

  4. 04

    Compose the media

Branded image posts from templates; 1080×1920 Reels composed from raw class footage with motion text.

  5. 05

    Publish through one pipeline

Doc to sheet to Planable drafts. The owner reviews everything in a single surface.

In the wild

Composed Reel output: 1080×1920, motion text, brand gradient, built from raw class footage.
